We understand that security is concern when shopping online. You can trust Eden.co.uk to only use the best available data encryption technology when sensitive data such as passwords and credit card details are being requested. We use a Symantec 256-bit SSL Certificate to encrypt all data transferred between your computer and our servers.

In addition, we never store your full credit card details - they are only used at the time of payment and then we delete them. We retain the last 4 digits of your card as a reference which you can use to express checkout when placing your order. This offers an extremely high level of security and the convenience of not having to enter your card details each time you shop with us. We use this reference to request payment from your card provider using encryption technology.

Our servers are hosted in a secure environment where access is controlled using keycards and biometric scanning systems, alongside CCTV inside and outside the building. And finally, to give you complete peace of mind, we offer a 100% Security Guarantee.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Eden.co.uk will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Eden.co.uk while using the secure server. This guarantee will only apply to credit or debit card purchases made using our secure server. This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Password/Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Eden.co.uk shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Payment Security

Strong Customer Authentification- From March 14 2022, all online orders paid by card will require additional security in line with UK requirements. We use 3D Secure to provide this service and instructions appear onscreen.

Your card details will be transferred to our servers using a 256-bit  SSL Certificate to guarantee complete privacy and security.

When a card is stored, only the last 4 digits and expiry date are visible anywhere on the site and it can only be used with the same address.

To place an order to a new address, we will take your card details separately for security purposes.

If you would like to remove a card you can do this at any time in My Account.
