A refund will be issued, unless an exchange request has been made before the item is processed. The exchange item will not be ordered, until the returned item has been received and checked.

To request an exchange, please contact our service team by phone or email. You can do this at the same time as requesting a return or any time before a refund is issued. 

Please provide the item name, current price and ISBN or product code.

If the exchange item(s) are of lower value, then we will refund the difference automatically when the exchange is processed. 

If there is more to pay, we will set up a payment link in your Eden account and email you to let you know. You can pay in your account following the instructions provided, or you can call us to pay by card if you prefer.

Many customers prefer to re-order the new item to lock the price and get it as soon as possible, knowing that the refund on the unwanted item will follow shortly after.
