For your convenience, you can access the returns process in your online account.
1. Sign in and click on 'My Account'.
2. In the 'Account Options' please click on 'Return an Item' and follow the pages.
3. Please select a reason for the return and add a description if required.
4. Our team will check your request and authorise it for you.
5. A return label will be emailed to you. Please allow one working day to receive your printable label.
If you prefer, you can call or email our Customer Service department who will send a label by email for you. If you do not have access to a printer, please let us know.
