Postage for Returns

You will need to pay for any delivery/postage charges unless you have been authorised for a freepost label. The return postage you pay is non-refundable.

Recorded delivery is advisable as we are not liable for returned items that go missing.

If you paid the Untracked Delivery charge because your order was under £10, and you request your return within 14 working days of receiving your order, we will include the original delivery charge in your refund. 

Any additional delivery service selected will be taken as an agreement of a separate contract and cannot be refunded after dispatch. This includes Premium Tracked Delivery and Tracked Delivery.
