In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived, within 10 working days (UK), please contact our Customer Service department at [email protected] and we will be able to advise you.
If your parcel has not arrived by your missing parcel date, we can arrange to replace the items if available or we can offer a refund. Depending on stock levels, we can advise when replacements can be expected.
We are able to help with parcel enquiries up to a maximum of 90 days after dispatch.
