Missing or Incorrect Items

In most cases all your items will actually be dispatched together, however, we will sometimes send items separately to avoid delay. When we send any items to you, we will include a delivery note which indicates the items that should be included in this delivery. 

If you are unsure, look at the delivery status of your items in Your Orders to check whether we have been able to dispatch all of your items yet.

If, however, the items listed on the delivery note don't match the items in the package, please call or email us and we'll arrange for the missing items to be sent to you or refunded.
