Duplicate or Extra Items

If you have received duplicate items that weren't ordered, please call us or email us to make sure that you haven't been charged for the items.


If you ordered a greater quantity than desired, we can refund the amount paid for the items when they have been returned. Please request a return so we can send you authorisation.  


If the additional items were sent as a warehouse error, we can offer freepost returns labels if a return is required. Please contact our customer service team so we can send this to you.
