Terms and Conditions

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Christian360 platform, operated by Christian360 Ltd (referred to as "Christian360", "we", or "us"), part of the Eden Group of companies. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Christian360 services, including our websites (such as hub.christian360.com and hub.eden.co.uk) and any related apps or services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Christian360.

·      Authorized Users: You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are using Christian360 on behalf of a church, charity, or other organization, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

·      Incorporated Policies: These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy by reference. Please review those documents for details on how we handle your data and payments. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to abide by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (available on our website).

·      Faith-Based Ethos: Christian360 is a faith-centered, non-profit-friendly platform. We strive to align with Christian values in our operations and to support churches and charities in advancing their mission. However, these Terms apply to all users equally and are intended to meet legal and commercial requirements while reflecting our ethos of transparency, fairness, and service.

Subscription Plans and Pricing

Christian360 offers a range of subscription plans designed for different needs and budgets. The current subscription tiers (with indicative pricing) are as follows:

·      Foundations (Free): An entry-level plan providing basic profile features and limited content-sharing for small churches[1]. This plan is free of charge.

·      Essentials (£120/month or £1,200/year): Core tools for small to mid-sized churches, including content creation, donations management, and community engagement features[2].

·      Growth (£240/month or £2,400/year): Adds advanced features such as content promotion, custom donation management tools, and increased storage for digital resources[3].

·      Transform (£480/month or £4,800/year): Designed for larger churches or ministries, offering full access to all platform features (e.g. marketplace access, video content creation, and comprehensive donations management)[4].

·      Impact (£960/month or £9,600/year): An enterprise-grade plan providing white-label mobile apps, custom integrations, and full analytics/reporting capabilities[5].

·      Strategic Partnership (from £16,000/year): A custom enterprise plan for very large organizations, including full custom branding, advanced API integrations, and strategic support services[6]. (Pricing for this tier may vary based on the scope of services required.)

Note: All services provided under these plans are delivered as self-service digital tools via the Platform. No subscription plan – including the Growth plan – includes any form of personal consultancy, one-on-one coaching, or human expert services or support. The plan names (e.g. "Growth") refer only to the feature set provided, not to any guarantee of organizational growth or expert assistance beyond our standard customer support.

Non-Profit Discounts: In line with our mission to support the Christian community, Christian360 may offer significant discounts to eligible non-profit organizations. For example, small and medium charities (with annual income under £1 million) can receive up to 60% off the subscription fees for paid tiers[7]. These discounts are intended to make our digital tools more accessible to churches and charities with limited budgets. (Verification of non-profit status or financial criteria may be required to qualify for discounts.)

Billing and Payment Terms

Christian360 uses Paddle as its payment processing partner. All billing is handled through Paddle, and your purchase transactions are subject to Paddle’s terms in addition to our own. Please review the following payment-related terms:

·      Merchant of Record: For all subscriptions and purchases, our authorized reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited or Paddle.com Inc., as applicable) is the Merchant of Record. This means your payment is processed by Paddle, and your purchase creates a contract between you and Paddle for the transaction[8]. Paddle’s Buyer Terms of Service also apply to your purchase, and you may be required to accept Paddle’s terms when making a payment. While Paddle handles the payment, these Terms govern your use of the Christian360 Platform.

·      Pricing and Taxes: All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise indicated. You may be charged in your local currency depending on Paddle’s supported currencies and your location. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) will be applied as required by your billing address and applicable laws – any such taxes will be added at checkout if not already included in the price[9]. You are responsible for any bank fees or charges (if any) for currency conversion or international transactions.

·      Automatic Renewals: Christian360 subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle by default. Monthly plans renew each month, and annual plans renew each year. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive terms unless you cancel before the next renewal date[10]. Upon renewal, the then-current subscription fee will be charged via Paddle using the payment method on file.

·      Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future auto-renewal charges, and you will continue to have access to your subscribed features until the end of the current paid term. To cancel, you can use the account settings on the Platform or the Paddle customer portal/link provided on your receipt, or contact our support. There are no penalties for cancelling, but no pro-rated refunds are provided for unused time after the cancellation takes effect (unless required by law or explicitly allowed in our Refund Policy).

·      Refunds: Payments made through Paddle are subject to our Refund Policy and Paddle’s refund processes. Generally, all sales are final after a subscription term begins. However, we will honor any applicable consumer protection laws (for example, EU/UK users may have a 14-day “cooling off” period for new subscriptions, during which they can obtain a refund if they have not started using digital content). Refund requests should be directed to Paddle’s customer support or through the Paddle dashboard, as Paddle is responsible for processing returns and refunds on our behalf. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy which outlines the circumstances and process for any refunds.

·      Plan Changes and Pricing Updates: Christian360 reserves the right to adjust the features of subscription plans or the subscription fees. If we upgrade or change our plans or pricing, we will provide advance notice to subscribers (e.g. via email or in-dashboard notification). Price changes will not apply retroactively to your current term but would take effect upon your next renewal. If you do not agree to a fee change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after a price or plan change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

·      Billing Issues: All billing inquiries, invoice requests, or disputes related to charges should be directed to Paddle or our support team. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, it will appear as the seller on your payment receipts or bank statements. Paddle may also handle billing-related customer support and issue invoices/receipts as needed. You agree to provide accurate billing information and promptly update any changes to your payment details.

Use of the Platform and Acceptable Use

Christian360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its services for your own internal purposes (personal or organizational), in accordance with these Terms. All users must use the Platform responsibly and ethically. By using Christian360, you agree to the following conditions:

·      Lawful Purposes Only: You will not use the Platform in any unlawful manner or for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.

·      Respect Rights and Content Standards: You must not upload, post, or share content on Christian360 that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. Content that harasses, discriminates, or infringes on others’ rights (including intellectual property rights and privacy rights) is strictly prohibited. Only upload content that you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring that your content (e.g. sermons, videos, documents) does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.

·      No Harmful Usage: You will not introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the Platform, nor attempt to interfere with the proper working of the services. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or data is strictly forbidden.

·      No Abuse or Misuse: You agree not to abuse the Platform’s communication features (for example, no spamming other users or posting irrelevant/promotional content outside of permitted contexts). You will not use Christian360 to falsely imply an affiliation with Christian360 or Eden, or to collect personal information about others without consent.

·      Single Account and Non-Transferability: Each user or organization should maintain only their own account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized persons. You may not transfer your account to someone else without our permission.

Christian360 reserves the right to monitor user content and behavior on the Platform. If we determine (at our discretion) that you have violated these Acceptable Use standards or any other provision of these Terms, we may take appropriate action. This can include removing or disabling access to offending content, suspending or terminating your account, and/or reporting you to law enforcement if laws were violated. We prefer to work with users to resolve any minor issues in a spirit of mutual respect, but serious or repeated violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

User Content and Intellectual Property

Christian360 facilitates the sharing of content within the Christian community. It’s important to clarify the ownership and rights regarding content on our Platform:

·      Your Content: You retain ownership of all content that you create, upload, or post to Christian360. This includes, for example, sermons, articles, videos, courses, or other materials you contribute. By uploading or posting content on the Platform, you grant Christian360 a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Platform and provide services (for example, to display your content to other users, to promote the Platform, or to enable downloads if you are selling digital content). This license lasts for as long as your content is available on the Platform. You also permit us to make minor modifications to your content if necessary for technical reasons (e.g. format conversion, resizing an image or video for compatibility). You are responsible for the content you provide, and you represent that you have all necessary rights to upload it and permit us to use it as described. If you remove your content from the Platform, the license to us ends after a reasonable timeframe needed for removal from backups and caches, except that we may retain copies as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

·      Christian360 Content & IP: The Platform (including all software, code, design, organizational structure, and the compilation of content on the site) and all content provided by Christian360 (such as text, graphics, logos, and our databases of resources) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Christian360” and related logos or names are our trademarks/service marks. We grant you a limited right to use our intellectual property only as necessary for your use of the services in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our software or content (except your own content) without our express permission. You also agree not to remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Platform.

·      Feedback: We welcome feedback and suggestions to improve Christian360. If you voluntarily provide any feedback or ideas, you agree that we may use them without any obligation or compensation to you. Any feedback you provide is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Christian360 and its licensors. This means that except for the limited usage rights you have under these Terms, we retain all rights, title, and interest in our Platform and services.

Disclaimers of Warranties

Christian360 is committed to providing a high-quality service, but we need to make clear the limits of our commitments in these Terms. Use of the Platform is at your own risk. The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

·      No General Warranty: Christian360 disclaims all express or implied warranties and conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive for excellence, we cannot promise that the service will meet all of your expectations or requirements, or that any specific results will be achieved.

·      No Guarantee of Outcomes: All information, resources, and tools provided through Christian360 are meant to support and empower users, but we do not warrant or guarantee any particular outcome or success. For example, we make no guarantee that using the Platform (or any specific subscription plan like “Growth”) will result in increased donations, membership growth, improved engagement, or any other measurable improvement for your church or organization. Testimonials or case studies are illustrative only and not a promise of results. Each user’s context is different, and outcomes will vary.

·      Third-Party Content and Services: Some content on Christian360 may be user-generated or come from third-party providers (including resources shared by other users, links to external websites, or third-party apps in our marketplace). We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content not produced by Christian360. Likewise, if the Platform integrates or links with third-party services (e.g. payment gateways like Paddle, video streaming providers, etc.), we make no warranties on their behalf. Your use of third-party content or services is at your discretion and may be subject to their terms.

·      Technical Errors: Christian360 will make reasonable efforts to maintain and fix the Platform, but we do not warrant that the service will be free from bugs, security breaches, or technical issues. Known and unknown issues may arise. We will try to address problems as they come to our attention, but the Platform is provided “as is” – there may be times when the service is unavailable for maintenance or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and will endeavor to minimize disruptions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not fully apply to you. In such cases, any mandatory warranties required by law will apply to the minimum extent required by law. No advice or information (whether oral or written) obtained from Christian360 or through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Christian360’s liability to you is limited. In no event will Christian360 or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for:

·      Indirect or Consequential Losses: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits or revenues, loss of goodwill, lost data, service interruption, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.

·      Total Liability Cap: Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the total amount of fees you have paid us for your subscription or use of the service in the 12 months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the liability. If you are on a free plan, or have not paid any fees, we owe you no damages. This limitation is cumulative and not per-incident – multiple claims will not enlarge the cap.

These limitations apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be limited by law – for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not be excluded under applicable law.

You acknowledge that Christian360 is offering the Platform and setting its fees in reliance on these limitations of liability, which allocate risk between us and form part of the basis of the bargain.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of Christian360 are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. We chose this law to provide a consistent legal framework, as our company is based in the United Kingdom. If you are using the Platform as a consumer in another country, you may also have certain rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence; these Terms do not override those rights if they apply.

Dispute Resolution: We sincerely hope to serve you in a manner that avoids any disagreements. If you have any concerns or issues, we encourage you to reach out to us first to seek an amicable resolution. In the spirit of our Christian ethos, we believe in resolving disputes fairly and in good faith. Most questions or disputes can be resolved through our support team.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, then the following provisions apply:

·      Jurisdiction: You and Christian360 agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. (If you are a consumer domiciled in the UK or EU, you may also be entitled to bring claims in your local courts under certain circumstances, but in general we designate England as the jurisdiction.)

·      Injunctive Relief: Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or any other provisional remedy in a court of competent jurisdiction, if necessary, to protect their rights prior to the resolution of the dispute (for example, to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property).

Both parties will bear their own costs of litigation (subject to any award by the court). These Terms will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if otherwise applicable.

Changes to Terms

Christian360 may update or modify these Terms from time to time. As our Platform grows and laws evolve, we might need to add or change provisions. When we make changes, we will notify users by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, for significant changes, by providing a notice through the Platform or via email. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

If you continue to use the Platform after an updated version of the Terms has been posted, it means you accept and agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and (if applicable) cancel your subscription before the new Terms take effect. No amendment to these Terms will apply to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which we posted the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

·      Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

·      No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Christian360.

·      Entire Agreement: These Terms (along with the incorporated Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies or guidelines we provide) constitute the entire agreement between you and Christian360 regarding the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter.

·      Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.

·      Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Christian360. You are an independent user of the Platform.

·      Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms are not intended to confer any rights or remedies on any person other than you and Christian360 (and Paddle, with respect to payment terms, to the extent required by Paddle’s role as Merchant of Record).
