Returned orders will usually be refunded within 14 days. We will send an email to confirm this if one was provided at the time of ordering. Cancelled orders will usually be refunded within 1-2 working days.
Refunds will go back to the original card or PayPal account. The refund will be visible in your account in 7-10 working days. If you paid by cheque, we may need to contact you to arrange to hold the credit for your next order or take details to process a refund.
For churches and schools with an Eden Advanced Account, a credit note will be processed against the original invoice. If payment has been made in full, the credit will be available in your account ready for future invoices.
An adjustment to the refunded amount will be made if a voucher used at the time of ordering no longer applies. An adjustment can also be made for untracked delivery charges, if part of an order is returned, and the items kept do not qualify for free delivery.
