Cheques

We are happy to accept cheque payments for any order placed with Eden.co.uk. If you wish to order by phone, we will give you instructions on where to send your cheque. Otherwise, create an order through the website by adding items to your basket in the usual way. At checkout, you will be asked to choose your payment method. Choose "Pay by Cheque" and complete the order. The confirmation screen will include a link to a printable order form which includes instructions on how and where to send your cheque.


If you are not logged in or are ordering from a personal account, we will wait to send your order until the cheque has been processed. Please bear this in mind and consider paying upfront if you are close to a deadline for your order.

If you are an Eden Advance Account customer, and you wish to send a cheque, please choose “Pay on Account” instead. Your invoice includes instructions on how and where to send your cheque. Your order will dispatch when the items are ready and payment will be due within the normal period. 


Cheques should be made payable to Eden Ecommerce Ltd and your customer number should be written on the back of the cheque along with your address.
