Free Untracked Delivery is now available on all orders over £10 with Untracked Delivery priced at just £2.95 for orders under £10.
Delivery costs change from country to country and may change depending on which region in the UK you live.
Free Untracked UK Delivery is provided through the Whistl Untracked service, with most in-stock orders dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours.
Whistl aims to deliver 98.5% of Untracked mail within 3 working days after we have dispatched it. We allow for 3 - 5 days on our checkout estimates to reflect this.
For Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands, this service may take between 1-2 days longer on top of the service you select.
Parcels dispatched to addresses outside of mainland UK may be subject to additional local taxes and import charges that will need to be paid by the customer.
If you need your items in a hurry, you will have the following options:
Tracked Delivery - £3.95 for orders under £10 or £1.85 for orders over £10 and usually delivered 2 days after dispatch from our warehouse. We allow for 2-3 days on our checkout estimates to reflect this.
Premium Tracked Delivery - £5.25 (Next delivery on the day stated at the checkout if ordered before 4pm or the following day if after 4pm, provided all items are in stock in our warehouse).
Any additional delivery service selected will be taken as an agreement of a separate contract and cannot be refunded after dispatch.
UK orders for goods with a total value of £10 or more currently qualify for Free UK delivery as detailed above.
Orders under £10 will cost £2.95 for delivery and be delivered by Royal Mail or Yodel on an Untracked Service unless another delivery service has been selected.
