Physical Gift Cards
If you’re paying with a Physical Gift Card, enter the gift card code shown on the back of the card at checkout.
You’ll find the “Gift Card or Voucher Code” box in Section 2: Payment Method, just above the card payment box.
Physical Gift Cards expire 18 months from the date they are dispatched.
If you don’t use the full balance, the remaining amount will stay in your online account until the gift card’s expiry date.
You can view your remaining balance by going to My Account → Gift Certificates.
Physical Gift Cards cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched.
eGift Voucher
If you’re paying with an eGift Voucher, enter the voucher code provided in the email at checkout.
You’ll find the “Gift Card or Voucher Code” box in Section 2: Payment Method, just above the card payment box.
Your Email Gift Card’s expiry date is shown in the email containing the gift card.
If you don’t use the full balance, the remaining amount will stay in your online account until the gift card’s expiry date.
You can view your remaining balance by going to My Account → Gift Certificates.
Email Gift Cards can only be refunded in the following circumstances:
The person who purchased the gift card is also the named recipient, and the gift card has not been redeemed; or
The gift card has not yet been emailed because a future delivery date was requested.
