Physical Gift Cards
If you are paying with a Gift Card, simply add the code on the back of the Gift Card at the checkout. The “Gift Card or Voucher Code” box is in section 2, Payment Method, just above the card payment box.
Gift Cards expire 18 months after their dispatch date.
If you don't use the full balance of your card, the remaining balance will stay in your online account for 18 months from the date your Gift Card was dispatched. You can view this in “My Account” by clicking Gift Certificates

Physical Gift Cards cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched.
Email Gift Cards
If you are paying with a Gift Card simply add the code in the email of the digital Card at the checkout. The “Gift Card or Voucher Code” box is in section 2, Payment Method, just above the card payment box.
Email Gift Cards have their expiry date in the email.
If you don't use the full balance of your card, the remaining balance will stay in your online account until the expiry date. You can view this in “My Account” by clicking Gift Certificates.
Email Gift Cards cannot be refunded unless the customer who has paid for the certificate is also the specified recipient AND the certificate has not been redeemed; or if the certificate has not yet been emailed as you have requested a future delivery date.
