At Christian360 Ltd and Eden Ecommerce Ltd (collectively, “Christian360”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we want you to purchase with confidence. We aim to offer a clear, fair, and hassle-free approach to refunds across all of our websites and applications, including hub.christian360.com, hub.eden.co.uk, www.christian360.com, and www.eden.co.uk.


This Refund Policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and is designed to ensure compliance with applicable consumer laws (including UK and EU law), as well as Paddle’s Buyer Terms (as Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record).


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@christian360.com with your order number and an explanation of the issue. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed via our payment processor, Paddle. Once approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Digital Media Products

Digital media includes ebooks, audiobooks, courses, videos, and other downloadable or streamed content.

  • Eligible for Refund:

    • Products purchased but not yet downloaded.

    • Products downloaded but not yet opened in our app.

  • Not Eligible for Refund:

    • Products that have been downloaded and opened in our app, unless they are demonstrably faulty or not as described.

  • Faulty or Defective Products:
    If a product fails to download, open, or perform as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

When a refund is issued, the item will be removed from your app, along with any notes or annotations you may have attached.


Software Subscriptions (SaaS)

Our software subscriptions (including paid plans for Christian360 services) renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU consumers):
    You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase of a new subscription if you have not accessed paid features.

  • Ongoing Subscriptions:
    After the cooling-off period, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Case-by-Case Refunds:
    We may provide discretionary refunds in certain circumstances, but we reserve the right to refuse requests where there is evidence of:

    • Fraud

    • Abuse of the refund policy

    • Manipulative or excessive refund requests

This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.


Exceptions

Refunds cannot be granted where:

  • Products or services have been used substantially.

  • Access has been provided to time-limited or event-based services (e.g., live online events) that have already taken place.

  • Products were purchased through third-party platforms or resellers (refunds must be requested through the seller).


Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK, EU, or other applicable consumer law. If you reside in a jurisdiction with stronger consumer protection laws, those laws will apply in addition to this policy.
